The G3135H brings commercial performance to a home bar or a small café. Two boilers with independent temperature control run extraction and steam at the same time, and the E61 group head holds a steady temperature from the first shot to the last. An Italian Fluid‑o‑Tech rotary vane pump delivers the quiet, consistent pressure of a commercial machine in a compact footprint.

The flow adjustment rod lets you shape the shot: slow the flow for a gentle pre-infusion, open it for the body of the extraction, and explore variable or segmented recipes for each coffee. Extraction temperature, steam temperature, pre-wetting time and pre-infusion time are saved as presets. Water comes from the 1.7 L removable tank, or from the automatic water supply and drainage system when the machine is connected to the water line.
