Description
The G3126C is built for the bar. A complex dual boiler system heats coffee water and steam water separately, so a barista can pull a shot and steam milk at the same moment without the temperature of either dropping. The saturated E61 group head is held at a precisely controlled temperature, so the extraction temperature you set is the temperature the coffee sees.
Pressure is in the barista’s hands. The flow adjustment rod changes pre-infusion and extraction pressure during the shot, which lets you work different profiles for different coffees. Extraction temperature, flow and pre-infusion time are stored as presets, and the steam system switches between manual and automatic modes. The streamlined body carries an illuminated back panel.
