Description
Mocure is for the home barista who dials in. 64 mm stainless steel flat burrs with a 50-step adjustment dial (0 to 10, push-button) grind evenly and precisely, and timed grinding for single or double cups repeats the dose every time.
A built-in plasma generator removes static so the grounds fall cleanly instead of clinging and scattering. The 280 g hopper keeps beans for the week, while the extra single-dose hopper with air blower lets you weigh in a dose and blow out what is left behind. A dosing cup that fits the portafilter is included.
