Description
The G3111A keeps a café moving. Two independent boilers heat extraction water and steam separately, so both stay ready through the busiest hour. The complex group head passes water through seamlessly, cutting the temperature loss between boiler and basket.
A new flow meter programmes the dose of each shot, so every cup comes out the same whoever is on the machine. Extraction temperature, extraction flow, pre-infusion time and hot water time are stored as presets, extraction time is adjustable, and the machine switches between electronic and manual control. The steam lever makes frothing a one-hand job, and the minimalist body is finished with an LED side panel light and an illuminated logo.
